Good Refernce

Please consult your color type before going shopping!
I had my colors done in 1989 and it has saved me from wasting money on clothing that is not right for me. Wearing clothing colors that are in harmony with your color style will make you look younger, fresher, better and happier! If you have an article of clothing that you can't part with, but it does not accentuate your beauty/color, you can always wear it on your bottom half (pants/skirt etc.) or if it's a top, layer a scarf on top near your face to balance things out. A great reference book.
Although this is an old book, the info is invaluable. I had this book long ago, and found out about what ‘season’ I was and the colors that looked best one me. I had lost the book, and ordered another, because I wanted a reference copy. It also tells colors for jewelry and makeup. Color really does make a difference!
I had this book years ago and I don’t know what happened to it. Recently my daughter was home, and I was surprised at a certain color she wore that was so complimentary for her. Great tool for selecting colors to enhance one's appearance
This book provides guidelines for selecting the best color shades for one's skin tone, eye, and hair color. It is an "older" book, so some of the makeup and fashion recommendations do not apply to today's styles, however, Carole Jackson is spot-on with the color concepts. Glad I found it

A “how to be a woman” book
Rather old school but the information is valuable. Best if you know nothing about clothes, makeup, hair styles and colors, etc. but is useful for finding your best colors to wear.

The right price for the intended use.
