Mytee Heated Extractor
I like the product for the most part but there is one problem that I consider major. The extractor itself works well and does the job but the coupler connection for the hose is terrible. I'm not sure if this is a design flaw or if this problem is specific to my machine. For some reason, this connector doesn't snap into place as it should. On each occasion, it was too difficult to get the connection secured. I become so frustrated with the process, that I've decided to leave the hose connected full time so I don't have to deal with trying to get it connected again. Leaving the hose connected full time is not ideal but I was spending too much time trying to get it connected. I've dealt with plenty of these types of connections and I've never seen one this difficult to manage. It should snap right into place but it doesn't.

Smaller then I thought it would be
This is a little smaller then I thought it would be but still works amazing only thing that would be nice is a drain hole for the clean water tank so you don’t have to tip it over to drain the extra water out that’s left in it. Other then that I love it works as good if it better then most bigger ones.

Works like the big ones
I had a mytee before it was a little bigger this small hot water cleans as good if not better.i just sold a 3gal cold water before I bought the new mytee,it was a good machine but this little mytee is better don’t let the price scare you it is well worth it.great machine

Nice little unit
I bought this to do some auto carpet cleaning and clean the kitchen chairs etc around the house once in a while. It does exactly what they say it will. The only thing I that is not 5 stars is the water reservoir. I knew it was small but it could still be tad bit bigger. You better keep a couple of extra gallons of water on hand if you're doing a larger project because it doesn't last very long.
