A year after the mysterious disappearance of their young son, Eve (Jones) and Gabe (Tom Ellis) Caleigh decide to leave the city for the more rural and remote Crickley Hall. But when malevolent forces in the house won't allow them the peace they crave, the Caleighs begin to trace the disturbances back to 1943, and to dark events that could have something to do with the loss of their own son.

Great spookey horror.
Great story intense and gripping. Brilliant film and if you enjoy the film, You must read the book, I read the book when it first came out by James Herbert, Fantastic book a must read.

The book was better
The dvd had a different ending than the book which was a bit confusing. I enjoyed the book more than the dvd. The acting was very good but the dvd was not as scary as i thought it would be.
