Great Lens for video creators.
I’ve had the lens on my Canon M50 for a couple of weeks now and have shot about 10-15 hours of video. Very impressed with the auto focus and the low-light capabilities of this lens. Imaging is amazingly clear. I’ve been shooting almost entirely in full auto mode and the lens seems to love it. Focus, depth of field, and light adjustment has been very nearly perfect. Focal length is pretty amazing. I can get clearly focused shots on smaller objects within 10”-12” of the lens. My only complaint is that it’s touted as a wide angle lens and that is stretching it a little. As far as the amount of subject and background I can get in a shot within 4’-6’, I’m pretty unimpressed. I really don’t think it’s much better than the kit lens. It’s still A great lens for the money if you’re working in a fairly stationary environment and just looking for “talking head” shots within 3’-4’ of the lens.Bestätigter Kauf: JaArtikelzustand: Gebraucht

Great compact and light lens
The len is fantastic by all means and great value ... The focal length is suitable for generic photography 22mm (equivelant to 35mm on full frame) ... This lens with canon M6 is great compo ...The Bokeh is good but not great ... It is great in low light since its aperature can be opened upto f/2 ... Super compact and image quality!

Very sharp images in a compact package.
Very sharp images in a compact package. Perfect companion to the M100 / M200 transforming them into a point and shoot camera, perfect for high quality casual photography, with shallow depth of field and wide aperture letting lots of light reach the camera sensor.

Big Lens in a Small Package
This is easily my new favorite lens for my M50! Very sharp images, love the roughly 35mm equivalent, and small enough form factor to match the size of an already tiny camera making it even easier to carry around or store in a small bag. Highly recommend for the EF-M mount!

Nice EF-M lens - very sharp images and lightweight

Great overall lense

Only choice for EF-M system if need a fast, portable, prime lens

Best lens for eos m mount
After using this lens for a month I am in love. It’s perfect. 35mm equivalent and opens wide without imperfections. I love that it is so small too, perfect for street photography! I took my telephoto, macro, kit, and this pancake on my vacation and having this lens on most of the time made it very easy to take a large amount of my photos. It I wanted a zoom, I’d swap. First lens to get after the kit
Its the first lens you should get for your EF-M camera after your kit lens. It's plenty sharp for a go-anywhere-do-anything type lens. I have it on a EOS M100 and the whole set up is like an oversized pocket camera, which makes it great to throw in my small daily messenger bag. It's a really good pancake lens. You have to get it.
