works with Windows 10 upgrade
well, it's not exactly new, which is fine because I have only DDR3 memory. but it's a keeper because, and it's a big because, I can upgrade from Windows 7 or Windows 8 to Windows 10 free. I've done it, and it's what's put me on Windows 10. no big deal, you say. uhhh, let me say that the Maximus V, same Z77 chip, also made by ASUS, won't handle the upgrade. gets hung up, then reloads the old Windows at the 84% mark, every time, noting a problem with the chipset. this Sabertooth is a life saver.Bestätigter Kauf: JaArtikelzustand: Gebraucht

Great looking motherboard
Has lots of fan headers. The two included small fans that cool the motherboard can get a little loud when they get going but not a big deal. Pretty much a Asus PZ77-V with fancy plating

NASTY MOTHERBOARD REBORN AS NEW!
OLD BUT STILL GOOD. WAS SHIPPED IN A DIFFERENT PRODUCT BOX. MOTHERBOARD WAS FILTHY. SMELL LIKE AN NASTY ASH TRAY. HAD CRAP IN SENSITIVE AREAS OF THE BOARD. TOOK ME 2 DAYS TO CAREFULLY REMOVE JUNK OFF THE BOARD AND REMOVE THE STENCH THE PREVIOUS OWNER LEFT. BOARD IS NOW LOOKING NEW AND RUNS SMOOTH.Bestätigter Kauf: JaArtikelzustand: Gebraucht
