Easy to use
Very easy to use. I would be inclined to use the better type of batteries, Durracell etc for the best performance from the item.

Does what it promises to do.
This is a very substantial item - not light and flimsy. The directions would be easier to follow if the print on the leaflet was just a little bigger. The battery compartment is quite difficult to open if you have smaller hands but once you manage to get everything sorted the can opener works perfectly and you are left with a can that does not have a sharp edge and a lid that is equally neat.

Tin can opener that is easy to use.
Makes a very clean cut, however the magnet is weak & hasn’t held or lifted the top off a single tin yet, not as shown in the ‘rate & review picture’.

Best one I've tried
I first bought a cheaper version and it pretty much struggled to open any tin as it only used 2 AA batteries. So I looked and found this one. Worth every penny, much more efficient and effortless to open tins and doesn't leave harsh edges due to the angled cutting blade and 4 x AA batteries. Don't waste your money one cheaper ones is my best advice.

Definitely worth it for me.
This opener, amazingly, takes the lid off without leaving a sharp edge on the tin or the lid - that's a major plus for those with small children and shaky OAPs. The only down side is, it's quite a noisy little beast in operation! It feels quite sturdy and less likely to fall apart like some of the cheaper ones. I thought it was a bit expensive but I've had several cheaper ones which haven't lasted very long and I feel it's been worth the money.

A gem in the hunt for practicality
After my hands are no longer capable of twisting my trusted tin opener I am once again in control with the help of my new acquisition. Battery operated easy to clean very light to handle, I highly recommend it

easy to use,leaves no sharp edges.
Bought for my 80 year old mother,having tried several types of can opener this is the only one that was very easy and safe for her to use,perfect for the elderly.
