An amazing read !
I took this away on holiday with me and read it in 3 days! Even trying to pace myself I couldn’t as I couldn’t put it down ! It’s not a particularly long book But a nice easy read , I just wish it was longer ! 100% recommend ! Just bought “the world according to Bob” the second I put the book down ! Definitely suited to someone looking for an easy and exiting read ! James Bowen really opens eyes to the world of those struggling financially and makes you appreciate life just that little bit more. Inspiring ! Love love love !

Sweet, lightweight book
Bookclub pick. Super easy read, well (ghost) written, but still let author's voice come through. I liked it, but there wasn't a lot to it.

Such a lovely book to read, it makes you appreciate how difficult life can be for people trying to make a living on the streets, also purchased this book for a friend who is more of a dog lover but she enjoyed it just as much as me. Have since read the sequel, which is just as good

Inspirational story.
Humbling story of true devotion. How the author and the stray cat he befriended came into each others lives when they most needed it. Truly inspirational.

Inspiring
Great read of a great and inspiring story. Saw the film and had to read the book it was based on. If you don't know how the love and total devotion an animal can both give and inspire man to give in return then read this book.

Lovely story
I thought the authors cat was very clever and it's a lovely story. It also gave me insight on just how hard it is to come off drugs .

Street Cat Bob
A heart warming story,of homeless man James,and a companion (Bob the Cat ) who helped him. Together they found a better life and are each other's life line . I could not put this book down . Truly worth reading .

It has been bought for a cat lover for Christmas so cannot review it only to say that the cover looks great and having seen the film, know that it will be an enjoyable read.

Great book to read again and again.
Re reading a street cat named Bob because I loved it so much the first time. How James' life gets changed so much because of such a cute little ginger cat.
