Fabulous Yoga Dvd
I want to learn yoga but on my own terms; so a dvd teaching yoga for beginners is a good solution for me. I like the fact that the male instructor is easy to listen to & follow. I like the fact that this dvd simply has two complete sessions of 30 mins each. This means that once it is playing I don't have to get up and fiddle with the dvd player. I love the fact that the instructions are given at a pace that even a newbie like me can cope with, unlike most other exercise dvds where I can't keep up (so I give up) I like the fact that I will actually use this exercise dvd.

Recommend.
Not done any yoga for over 10 years and this was easy to follow, with a very experienced teacher. I’m struggling as I’m so unfit but you can stretch less and hold poses for less time, until strength and flexibility builds. Good purchase as you can build up with this and I’ll move on to the second class on the dvd once I’ve got more stamina! Good value.

Excellent DVD for beginners
Purchased for my wife. She loves it and says it's a great introduction for those starting out or already practicing yoga. Quick delivery from Speedyhenuk too.

Tough for beginners
This is aimed at beginners but I and my partner found it really tough. Especially the second programme assumes you are already fit, strong and very bendy! The guy comes across well, and it’s good quality, but be warned, if you’re a beginner and not already fit, you will struggle.

Excellent beginners DVD
I wish I had found this one in the beginning. It is perfect. Second part challenging but worth it.

gives an alround body stretch, just what I needed
Great for beginners. No postures that are too difficult. Great stretches and can feel the effect the following day

Good price
I’m not very motivated so have only used a couple of times . The first bit is easy to follow . Not trying the harder section yet . I need to get the first section right . Good price tho

Hatha & flow yoga.
Obviously a copy very grainy on screen. Overall lessons quite good. Enjoyed the exercise, goes at a nice steady pace.
