Great features, great price

Dull but reliable.
Having bought a few cheap and nasty mice/mouses over the last couple of years and finding that they lasted no time at all before turning to mush, I decided to buy a Logitech because we've had the brand before. Good decision, feels right in the hand. Although at present its sometimes necessary to click twice when once should be enough, this may be due to settings on the computer that need to be changed rather than being a fault with the mouse. So good I bought.....(another!)
We have all heard of the expression 'buy cheap, buy twice', well I did it three times before realising that it takes a well known brand-name to get a decent mouse. This mouse is by no means, a high-end, gaming mouse, but it is simple, ergonomic, comfortable and does the job well on numerous surface types. It has an on/off button, but I must confess I never use it as the battery seems to go on and on for months. Although it only has three buttons, Logitech software can been downloaded to enable you to make the scroll wheel into a 'back' button if you wish or in fact assign any other combinations such as make it left-handed. The software also warns you when the mouse battery is low. Having bought three unbranded mice from China over a period of a year, that fell apart, didn't work on wooden tables, or broke within 2 months, I thought it was time to spend a little more and purchase one with a name I knew. Pleasantly surprised.
This is easy to set up, didn't come with an instruction book, however 3 minutes on youtube to see how it works. This allows my cat to pinch my bar stool in front of my laptop, and I can sit 6 feet away on me spare stool. Turn full screen on and bobs ya uncle wide screen entertainment. So good, I brought three over time!
No waiting for bluetooth signals etc. Instantly on and works perfectly. Only potential problem is that it is possible that sometimes the battery can slip loose and cause the mouse to stop working. I find the rounded contour very natural. What I like best, using a browser, is that clicking on a URL with the scroll wheel in the centre opens the URL in another tab. EASY TO USE WITH VERY POSITIVE PRESS-BUTTONS & BATTERY LASTS AGES.
Excellent to use because it is not too small and has very positive press buttons. Also it only uses one AA battery which are widely available or can be re-charged. One alkaline battery seems to last for ages in this product, even if the unit is unintentially left switched on for a few days. For casual use its a bargain.

Fantastic product !!

Logical Choice Logitech
This is one of an array of Logitech mice I have owned over the years. I had three but one was kidnapped by my partner. This model is another great optical wireless mouse that is comfortable to use. Just as it comes.
I have a couple of Logitech wireless mice already and am surprised as each one seems better than the last. The Logitech M185 is at the bottom end, in pricing terms, of the wireless Logitech computer mice. However it does not disappoint in any way. It feels good quality, solid, very responsive and could not be easier to get it working. The size is perfect for your laptop being slightly on the smaller side and without all the flashy alternative buttons everywhere.
