Having this book in your collection, is like having Gordon Ramsey helping you make breakfast, or lunch, or dinner. And let's not forget dessert! Just the advice, descriptions & helpful hints, are well worth the price of admission. Chef Ramsey's palette is light-years ahead of yours and mine, although following his guidance on the vast selections of spices available are the key to Alice in Wonderland's garden! If an ingredient is too challenging or to expensive, no worries, lots of easy substitutes, yeh. This volume can help make you an amazing presence in the kitchen.
