Raise The Bionic Bar!

Great Accessory for Bands
At first I wasn't sure how I was going to use this bar, I have had the bands for a couple years and never bought the bar because I felt it was unnecessary. But now I can do shoulder, bicep and tricep work in conjunction with the door anchor!
