AN INTERCOM THAT IS DEPENDABLE FOR THE LONG HAUL
Years ago I bought two of these intercoms at our local Radio Shack, took them home, and plugged them in where- ever my wife and I happened to be in the house. Instead of her having to find me to reach something down from a cabinet, or to let me know a meal was ready, she simply pushed the talk button and we were in touch with each other. These intercom units are now over fifteen years old and still working great. Recently when I saw these new ones and read that all the units were compatible, I thought that instead of having to move the units to our location, why not get two more and place them in the most used spots and not have to keep moving them? So, now with them within relatively close reach wherever we are, to speak into one results in all of the units going into action. Better than most for the price.
Easy to set up and use. We owned a pair of these before and they lasted for several years. It seems that Radio Shack is not having these made any more which is a shame. Tried a competitors brand and ended up with less than satisfactory units (I'm being kind here). None of the one's I've seen on the market seem to be worth the price you have to pay for them. Of course all things are relative (thirty years ago who would have ever imagined that an entry level automobile would cost in the vicinity of 20K). Would I buy these again if the need arises? Kinda disappointed
Orderd 2 sets from same source. First set worked great! Second set, one was fine, the other had a lot of static and would cut out while receiving. I have had these units before and they have always been very reliable.Bestätigter Kauf: JaArtikelzustand: Gebraucht

Easy to setup.

Don't have to yell anymore
This is a great product. I have a 5 bedroom house upstairs and down and I was always yelling. My son has his room on the lower level and always shuts his door. Perfect replacement
