Oldie but goodie!
I have two of these - they are reliable and just the job for a small NAS with two-disk RAID (I use them in RAID-1, mirroring, form, for security of data). When I had one disk fail it wasn't reported as such, it just took ages to do anything, and rebuilding the mirror onto it stalled at the bad part and I eventually had to stop it and remove the failed disk. Putting in a new, good, disk was relatively painless, but it takes a while before you had full mirroring up to date. Check and update the firmware if you buy one second-hand.
