Top Sound - lightweight - minimalist
I was really annoyed when I lost a pair of these that I had for some seven years. I was just so pleased that here on eBay they were still available. If you want earphones that 'make a statement' - don't buy these. They are minimalist. My experience with the pair I lost was that the ear pads do need replacing about every 2 years. Good product..but you need to understand what you are actually getting for your Money
These replacement ear pads are good but you do need to know that they do not include the backing plate needed to connect them to the actual headphones and also that the centre piece which the sound comes out of is only lightly glued in, and on two pairs that I bough have come unglued within a couple of months and i have needed to re-glue them back in place using super glue. In regards to the backing plate you will need to dismantle the ear cups in order to fit your existing backing plate so you need to bear that in mind. None of these Chinese made replacement ear cups come with the same density foam ear pieces as the original Bose items and i did find that the sound dynamics of the headphones changed after replacing the ear cups not necessaries worse..just different so obviously the foam density does make a difference to the sound you receive into your ears. In actuality you do get what you pay for as these Chinese made replacement ear pads are good value because they are cheap and comfortable; the original Bose replacement part include the required backing plate and do not in any way change the original sound you will be use to hearing from your OE2 headphones so please bear all this in mind before deciding whether to buy the original considerably more expensive Bose replacement part or the much cheaper replacements partsBestätigter Kauf: JaArtikelzustand: Neu

Very high quality
The foam is a little harder that the original, but still high quality. The leather is very soft. The holes for the speaker are perfect mach. Overall, I recommend this replacement. Just as good as the old ones
My old pads were falling apart after a few years of use, and this set did the trick. While they were quite difficult to get on (don't be scared to stretch them a bit), they fit fine once you get them on and they are as comfy as the originals.
