Good solid machine
This is my second BM450, my first lasted six years and I used it nearly every day with few problems, it is a highly durable machine which I can recommend. Good machine with a significant design flaw. Good for experienced users.
It is well built, looks good, and bakes a good loaf if you are experienced in adjusting your recipe to match the machine. Precision in measurement of ingredients is vital. I ignore the insistence of first putting dried quick yeast in the bottom of the pan, and use activated yeast in water and olive oil on top, which works very well. But the design flaw is that the paddle gets stuck in the loaf very badly each time due to lack of non-stick coating and tears a large hole in the base. The cure to this is take the dough out after the last paddle motion, remove the paddle from the dough, and put it back to prove and bake.Bestätigter Kauf: JaArtikelzustand: Gebraucht
