Gore and beyond!
This film first of all was shot in black and white possibly to diffuse most of the Gore in it...yes it features 12 people joined ass to mouth smashing teeth out with a hammer then plucking the rest with pliers, a pregnant woman giving birth in the back seat of a car then hiding it only to turn it into road pizza a real live centapede shoved up the behind thru a funnle, sandpaper jollies and mother and son drama,poop,pee,and blood!

One of the most disturbing yet funny horror flicks of all time and the best of the series by far!
This is the best in the series and one of my favorite horror movies of all time. It's relentless in brutality, funny, and just disturbing. A must have for any horror fan w a strong stomach.
