Who says girls can't be bloodthirsty warrior demons?
A rarity--a Warhammer novel written by a woman! Sarah Cawkwell's story of how Valkia ascended from tomboy princess to bloodthirsty demon princess of Khorne, Chaos God of violence, succeeds in never entirely causing the reader to lose sympathy for Valka. However, it is (afaik) a first novel and a bit sloppily written, with one major plot thread simply disappearing at the end.
