Easy watch backup on slow TV nights
My wife and I have always been fans of the series, and like to have a few dvd's on hand to watch when there is little else on the TV, They are particularly good in winter when looking at a sunny carribean island. The DVD quality is good to, no scratches etc.

An idyllic setting for murder
Another eight murders for the police force of San Marie to solve and as usual they do so in such a brilliant way. We looked forward to seeing this series as it was the only one not shown on TV and we were not disappointed. Wonderful value.

Just simple easy going with more emphasis on the problem solving than the blood and gore of the murder. Steady pace with characters one can associate with - we all know someone similar.

Death in Paradise - Series 6
I really enjoyed this series, got all series now, can't wait for the next lot. I would highly recommend these. Love the way they sort out who the murderer was.

Excellent
I don’t know exactly if it’s really good as I am catching up with series 1 to 5, which I am finding irresistible. I just find killing off Ben Miller as they did was a bit of a shock.

Great show
Humphrey bids farewell. But Death in Paradise NEVER disappoints with beautiful scenery, thrilling mysteries and wonderful chemistry amongst the cast.
