Home run, just like the wagyu ribs I made.
Can't miss with this one, easy to use and just all around great. Wagyu beef ribs were in there for 12 hours at 150, hickory chips, nothing but salt and pepper. Eat them naked, sauce would have ruined them

Great smoker!
Insert the temp probe & go on about your day. First smoke was a 10lb pork butt. Started at 6:00PM was done when I got up at 5:00AM. I thought it would take longer but I set the temp probe to 190. When I woke up the smoker was at 120(which the smoker defaults to once set temp probe temp is reached) & the temp probe was at 147. I'm guessing it had been done for a couple of hours to cool from 190 down to 147? Next time I will just start it in the morning before I go fishing.

Buy this smoker!
