Best cold therapy unit ever
I have used this type of ice machine for years. It's the best brand we have ever purchased! We have been through several units over the years and Ossur is by far the best. The unit itself is very good, the ice lasts longer, it's very quiet. There are so many good things about Ossur this is the only brand and type/style we will use from now on. The Ossur has outlasted and outperformed the others. We run ours for at least 8-15 hours a day every day and the one we had lasted about ten years. Awesome!
Good size, simple to operate, clear instructions. I had used a different one for my ACL replacement and got this one for a family member recovering from a shoulder surgery. Quite and powerful

Excellent
Great little Machine...Used it after my wife's knee replacement. I had 15 slightly collapsed water bottles in play, using 5 at a time. They lasted between 4-5 hours before replacing. Helped a tremendous amount with pain and swelling. fantastic product
The cold therapy system is so helpful in the healing process for my knee replacement. It works so fast and really gets cold. The seller sent the product in a timely manner and it works perfectly. Great product for cold therapy

Severe Leaking at the joints of tubes at unit and at shoulder pad.
The circulation of Cold water was essential to my recovery. This unit had obviously been stored for some time as all of the seals leaked badly. I did use this product but had to keep layers of towels on the table as well as on the tile floor to keep control of leakage. this le4akage also caused me to constantly refill unit with water and ice. A Quality Product
There seem to be mixed reviews about the benefits of using cold therapy from health care practitioners. But, the overall response by users has been the reduction of swelling and attendant pain when using the system. The Ossur was quiet and efficient. It helped my wife tolerate the joint pain after surgery. We followed the comments of many who used 8-ounce frozen water bottles in lieu of ice, and that worked. Our icemaker could not keep up with up with the demand, so It saved us from having to purchase ice on a daily basis. My only comment is that the selector which controls the temperature was not operating initially for a couple of days but performed normally thereafter. Great Price
My husband had rotator cuff surgery 3 weeks ago. I couldn't imagine not having this product. It helped him get off the heave meds after 1 1/2 weeks. He uses it every day and will continue as he starts therapy next week. His doctor is thrilled at his recovery. The adaptor went out a couple nights ago but we had several others here and were able to replace it. I did a lot of research before deciding on Ossur and have not been disappointed.
