Miracle Pillow!

Ideal pillow to support sitting upright in bed
Giving it 5 stars as it's exactly what I need... a very firm pillow that supports sitting upright in bed due to cardiac insufficiency. However... I toss the pillows out during the night as my body calms & I'm able to sleep flatter... when the pillow is then TOO firm under my head & neck.
