Bluetooth adapter
The adapter is about the size of your thumb, so it doesn't stick out from USB slots. In terms of how the device works, it is simply plug and play. I am not sure about the range, but I have used it successfully from about 3 meters away. I would recommend this adapter if you are looking for a USB Bluetooth adapter for your PC. (Used on windows 10)

Buy This Broadcom One, Not Cambridge CSR 4.0!!!
Such a good Bluetooth dongle, I previously bought a CSR 4.0 one from a Cambridge Driver group and there is no drivers on the CD that work and no support on website. They install ok but when you add Bluetooth headphones it will fail as there are no extra profiles/drivers available. Now this adaptor you do exactly like the instructions say. .1. Plug in the adaptor. (Wait for Microsoft to find there drivers) .2. Download the latest Bluetooth software from the plugable website and install it. .3. (Optional) if you have a program like Driver Booster Pro you can update the radio Bluetooth driver to the latest. That’s it you add your devices or in my case Sony headphones and the driver/profiles should install for you and the sound is bang on no crackle/interference. Tested on Windows 7 64 Bit Edition.

Don't invest in bluetooth.
I bought this bluetooth adapter for the sole purpose of transfering files from my Ubuntu linux OS laptop to and from my mobile phone and tablet. Unfortunately at the time I was unaware that file transfers via bluetooth; in general are painfully slow (50 kilobytes per second). It is by far easy to transfer files via usb cable or wifi.

Amazing
Very high quality item. Had to buy because my motherboard did not have in-built wifi, and the previous £3.50 Bluetooth adapter i had purchased did not work. This one was set up within minutes, and works just as intended. Would recommend 10/10 that you buy this and not one of the cheaper ones.

Just Works
It seems all my previous USB Bluetooth dongles were trouble makers - sometimes connecting/sometimes not, a bit hit and miss if you like. This one changed all that, just inserted it and instantly connected (Windows 10). Highly recommended.

Worked as it should. Gave my sons PC bluetooth straight away. Son really happy as can now use his PS4 controller.

Works as described

Good Chipset for Linux
Unlike CSR chipsets, the BRCM chipset is very good with maintaining connectivity when used with Linux.
