Wonderful
Received on time amd as stayed. Compnay was very responsive to my questions. They answered right away. This os bot the normal response I typically receive. I had to charge it for a while but since charged...oh me oh my it so works. It has helped me out a lot! I had to download the app from online vs the play store.

This item won't stay on. I suffer from n...
This item won't stay on. I suffer from night sweats but I can't keep it on. I have to wakeup when I get to hot and turn it back on. The whole point of me buying this was to use it at night which dosent help if it won't stay on.

Great product, works better than expected!
Great product that truly warms or cools at the touch of a button. It is gentle, not like sitting in front of a blowing heater or fan, but a gentle process that just takes the edge off, nudging me back to comfort! Wonderful!

Love it
This is my second one I was a lost without it when my dog chew my first Embr Wave. Now I give my cat flushes and the control. And in the morning when the house is cool I use heat and it's very cozy.

Great item. Inly tried the cooling function so far and it works really well. Needs little time to feel something at the beginning, but then it's very soothing.

Good but overheats easily
It works fine but overheats fairly easily so you have to wait to use it if you've used ita few times in a row.

Disappointed
I really wanted this to feel cooler-that did not happen. When I tried the warm setting I could feel the difference, but not why I bought it.

This old guy recommends this product.
I have several hot spells during the day and night. This has been going on for over two years. The ember wave has given me instant relief.
