ResMed Gecko Nasal Pad Small
This product is effective in cushioning the CPAP as it rests on your nose, preventing chaffing and irritation. I don't know of any other product that works this good. My only criticism is that, eventually, it thins and spreads and has to be replaced. Having said that, I don't know how to easily avoid that.

Very Effective
The Gecko nasal pad is easy to use, comfortable, and does a good job of cushioning my nose so that the CPAP mask doesn't leave just as prominent a red mark as it does without the pad.

GECKO works great!.
This item help keep the outside of my nose from turning "red" due to the connection of the nose piece from the "DREAM MACHINE CPAC. I was told abut this protector from a friend of mind in NYS. I will continue to purchase it because it is a safety item.

Not useful to help with sore nose
Neither my son nor husband would use it after the first night. And I didn't realize that this was disposable, meaning that like much of the CPAP machine, it would need to be replaced every month, which is an additional nearly $200 a year - for that much, both of them should head to the CPAP disti to get different masks or something that will be covered by insurance.

RESMED Gecko Nasal Pad
I use this to cushion the contact point between my cpap mask and my nose. Sometimes a little finicky to position correctly but is does the job. My only complaint is that the silicone stretches out too quickly imo and needs to be replaced every four or six weeks.

This is a must wear if your mask is causing red spots or cutting into the bridge of your nose. Easily put on prior to putting on cpap mask and is reusable.
