An elementary school teacher survives a savage attack by a notorious serial killer, and struggles to identify him after being stricken with a bizarre neurological disorder that prevents her from recognizing people's faces. Now, with only her sense of hearing to go on as the hunt for Tearjerk Jack intensifies, Anna joins Detective Kerrest (Julian McMahon) in attempting to track down the elusive madman before he strikes again.
