This thing is incredible. It puts out more bass than I will ever need. Very tight- accurate low end bass thump. Good for music, or movies. The small size makes it disappear in the room, and sonically it disappears as well. The remote is very comprehensive, and let you make every adjustment from the comfort of your listening position. The more I listen to ands the more it gets broken in, the better it sounds. It is starting to shake the house with very low frequency bass, that can be heard, and felt. I have it paired with Polk RTI A9's, and it compliments them very well. This is the best sub, I have ever had. If you have a larger room, the 8000 may be needed.
