Does the job.
Although I have some studio lights, I was looking for some way to make my speedlites portable and be able to use my existing softboxes. I decided to try one o the Good Bowens mount adaptors and I'm glad I did - it holds my Yongnuo or Canon speedlites firmly, has a nice range of adjustments and is strong enough for me not to worry about it breaking. Really good product and works well.
