Good quality extender
Top quality extender the bars are strong easy to use haven't seen any results yet they say it takes a number off months to see results using it 4 to 6 hours a day recommend use would recommend it because off its quality.

Stainless steel is better
JES is better than Male Edge which is made of 100% all plastic and is quite fragile. I have broken two of my Male Edge on the same place. Smart design, but wrong material in wrong places. JES have made the rods of stainless steel and is therefor not very fragile. But... two problem 1. Very difficult to attach and keep the penis/glans in place without 60-70% erection. (but I have made my own solution) 2. It is very tricky to attach it to the penis. I do it in several steps 1. White ring with base rod attached to the base of the penis. 2. Attach the penis/glans to the white plastic top (own solution) 3. Compress the left spring/base rod to max. 4. Put in top rod on left side in the plastic top. 5. Fit the top rod into the spring/base rod. 6. Screw the top rod into the spring/base rod. 7. Then do the same thing on the right side. 8. Finally, adjust the spring/base rods to correct length and pull (900-1200-1500gr) Start with a comfortable pull approx 850-900gr 1-2 hours/day. If it hurt, then something is wrong. REMOVE it a.s.a.p.
