Great traction
We have snow on the ground all winter and these allow me to keep hiking and walking through snow and ice. I am secure on my feet going up and down hills. I keep them on my winter hiking boots. My husband and I were hiking in the snow today. I had my Yaktraks on and he didn't and he was sliding all over. I cruised right up the hill and down again. Grip ice well.
