    The best natural laxative I have found

    Unlike similar products available, Benefibre is TASTELESS & DISSOLVABLE in your tea, or cereal or just water. If taken regularly it has been effective in keeping me comfortable and regular and has no side effects the I have noticed.

    The best fibre on the market to help your diet

    I can’t get this product in the shops anymore It is the only fibre which is tasteless and invisible on food. If you need extra fibre in your diet this is great
