One of the First!
Dr. Terrors House of Horrors was one of the first "scary" movie anthologies that showed up on the wide screen from the mid 1960s thru the mid 1970s. (The original being another British film "Dead of Night" which is even better than Dr Terror.) It is a group of stories connected by a common theme. The theme in this case six passengers riding within the same train car. One of the passengers is a Tarot Card fortune teller who proceeds to read the fortunes of the other five. Each ''fortune" told is s story that the passenger is the primary character. The stories are spooky with a touch of irony but are not horrific and contain no ''blood and guts" like many of the similar movies came about after and that followed this format. It is a cult classic in it's own right and seldom appears on the television anymore. It is must for collectors of the vingatge horror genre and definietly worth the watch. I enjoyed it as a kid and again as an adult(Really a big kid) who is a fan of well made horror stories that does not relie on excessive gore and violence.Bestätigter Kauf: JaArtikelzustand: Neu

Classic Horror Movie
I first saw this movie about 40 years ago and it is still one of my favorite horror movies. Awesome early performances by Cushing, Lee, Bernard Lee (M from James Bond), and Donald Sutherland.
