Excellent tablets that give me a noticeable energy boost to help me throughout my day. I take 1 tablet at breakfast, 1 at lunch, and 1 at dinner; however, I think I may change that to taking 2 tablets during breakfast and 1 more when I have dinner. It has improved my memory
My son got me into these. I have a problem with memory retention and as my dad suffered from Alzheimer's I was getting a little worried. However, having tried these tablets for a month, I am finding that my memory has been improving somewhat.
