Quicken Makes it EASY!
Quicken makes it so easy to track spending, create reports, and do my taxes! Entries take very little time and you can customize your own spending categories as well as reports. I have been using Quicken for over 10 years. When tax time rolls around, I just print my reports and use the information to easily and accurately enter into my Turbo Tax program. You can even set Quicken up to automatically pull data from your bank, investment company, or other source. Then this data can be automatically transferred into Turbo Tax.

Great Product for a Great Price
I have been using Quicken for years. It is very easy to use. Once you have set up your online accounts, it is very easy to download data for verification and reconciliation. It's so much better than using a paper ledger, and the software provides an easy way to monitor and summarize your financial investments. It even gives you a FICO score, so you know your credit status. This is a must for those who want one-stop shopping for their finances.

Fix the problem of me being able to run the updates feature for all accounts at once or risk losing me as a long term customer.
This 2020 version has caused me to be unable to run updates for all accounts at the same time. It freezes up in the waiting mode. The most recent update has not corrected this problem, so it appears no one is watching the store, so to speak, while we, the customers, have to suffer with updating one account at a time. Also, every year I continue to ask why they cannot design the calendar so that at year end all of my previous reminders (Notes) can be copied and pasted into the new version. Also we should have access to qualified tech support personnel on a 24/7 basis.

Quicken 2020 upgrade
Upgrade to Quicken 2020 - loaded very easily over my Quicken 2017. One problem with downloading information from my bank was settled by downloading a "Quicken" format file from my bank to my computer.

Works well for what I need it to do.
It does what Quicken does and operates with the big banks through special arrangements to keep it working and not the competition. It is what drew me back to them. The other companies have good products but not the muscle of Quicken. They do updates and fixes more often now than they used to do.

Quicken Deluxe
Works great and is easy to use, only regret is that it requires a subscription to back up and use the mobile device stead of letting me sit get to the iCloud oh my Apple devices, otherwise it works great

The old layout was better
Been using Quicken since their first program went on sale. The last good version was 2019. This new one is more complicated to use, I don’t like having to hit the NEW button at the bottom of the screen then arrow up to the top of the screen every time I want to enter information. The date does not move automatically from the month to the day, you have to right arrow from the keyboard to enter the date. It works, but I like the old style better and I totally disagree with the pay for service renewal. Everything they want you to pay for is free with my bank. Looking for an affordable alternative.

Quicken is a RIP-OFF; DON'T BUY IT. You will have to Buy it every year!!!!!
Why do I have to purchase a new box in order to get the next year of Quicken. Why can't I just get a download code and update on line? I should be able to get the code for immediate use, and then wait for the disk to be shipped to me. Also, $42.95 is a lot for just one update for one year. I will be dropping Quicken as soon as I get access to my quicken files. Quicken is such a rip off!!!!!!!

Best software but bad business practices
I've used Quicken Deluxe in the UK, since 1998, upgraded to 2002, then 2013 and now to 2020. Quicken has now abandoned us UK loyal customers. So my relatives in the US, purchased a Quicken Deluxe 2020 One Year subscription CD and posted it to me in the UK. I've installed from the CD, updated online, created an account online, registering it to my relatives US address, disabled the online transactions download option as I've never used that option and never will, and hey presto.... I'm using Quicken just like before. Quicken's tunnel vision business practice will lose them loyal UK customers

Great product!
Have been using Quicken for many years. They now require annual renewal because of the download feature, which makes things so much easier. To renew through Quicken online is very expensive. I really appreciate the great price through ebay. Quicken deluxe makes it easy to keep track of investments and finances. Great product!
