Takes some getting used to but that's ok
OK, the only issue I have with this thing is that it can be tricky getting to fit and stay on your head. Of course mine looks like it should be in the Macy's parade, but, still, I have to believe it could be better engineered to fit. Otherwise, it does what it's supposed to. I haven't seen awesome results like some but guess my issue required more time. I DO expect it to help after I've used it another month or two. So, it's not perfect but it works. Seems high cost to me, but, then, maybe it's fair for what it provides.

Great product, bad instance
The product helps me a lot in general, but the one I received was missing part of the strap, and the part that was there has nonworking velcro. So this item doesn't work.

Relieves neck pain and helps restore the curve
Great for helping to restore the cervical curve we tend to lose while looking down at our phones all the time. It's also a lifesaver for certain types of tension headaches - I spend 10 minutes with it and usually my headache will magically disappear.
