"Dough" clears the air of 'chef bluster' and gives you the main points outright.
We have several books about making bread, but none have taught us as much as this book called "DOUGH"! Most bread books try to impress you with French terms and (unnecessarily) complicated explanations about yeast and salt and flour. This author clears the air of 'chef bluster' and gives you the main points outright. You may like the other bread books, but we have learned a lot about making bread and gained the courage to experiment and find what works for us while using his core points for bread making. Stop by the house and you can have all the other books. ;)
