A-maz-ing!!!!
I had my carpets cleaned "professionslly" a few months ago and was not at all impressed. I have two huskies and a mutt so the high traffic areas of the carpets can get pretty grubby. So, i thought I'd buy new carpets... then i stumbled on a review for this amazing carpet cleaner and thought I'd give it a shot. My carpets look brand new! Literally brand new! Performs really well, all plastic so unsure how long it will last
The performance is indeed better than a hired Rug Doctor as advertised. It was easy to assemble and easy to use. Where it really wins is on stairs where the scrubbing hand tool does an excellent job and long hose allows the stairs to all be cleaned with the machine left at the bottom. Because the hose connects low down on the machine it remains stable even with the hose at full stretch. However it does not appear very robustly built, not like the earlier Vax cleaners. Vax Platinum Power Max
Brilliant machine, easy to put together, so easy to use, cleans carpets beautifully they dry within no time and leave the room smelling clean and fresh. We have an elderly dog who is now having ‘little accidents’, this machine has saved me so much time, effort and money (used to hire a carpet cleaner from a local store) I cannot fault it, so glad we bought it.

Powerful cleaning!
I have had a well used Vax for years, but wanted to upgrade having read the reviews about this one. I was really impressed with how easy it was to assemble. It's first clean of my carpet (which had been professionally washed 6 months before) brought up an amazing amount of muck! The carpet rinse function is a great idea and the carpet was dry in about 2 hours. I wouldn't buy the vax at full price and so was pleased to buy one with a significant discount due to a damaged box. Great
At first I was unsure which one to go for buy after reading reviews I took the plunge and I'm so glad I did it's fantastic and easy to use too. Great carpet cleaner
It’s easy to use once you have learned how to use it. Not too heavy and cleaned my carpets and rug nicely. Worst part was cleaning all of the fluff and stuff out of the rollers afterwards Would recommend it though and pleased I bought it.Bestätigter Kauf: JaArtikelzustand: Generalüberholt

Incredible at reviving carpets!
Unbelievable! Had an old vax for years and yes it did get dirt out but this model is phenomenal. Not only does it get the dirt out it revives the carpet fibres standing them up again and leaving them looking like a new carpet! The auto-mixing is a boon as are the large water and cleaning liquid tanks. Pushing it backwards and forwards is almost as easy as a vacuum cleaner. There is even a rinse mode so if you have the inclination you can go over the carpet again and suck out any chemical residue. The key to the excellent cleaning is the bank of circular brushes as well as a brush roller. This machine really is a big step forward in domestic carpet cleaning and as the advertising says it does clean better than professional cleaners.

Highly recomend this product.
After replacing the items missing from the box when opened on arrival I got to use this and have to say its really really good. Our carpets are quite new and we never allow outside footwear in the house but this machine still found dirt turning the water a light brown coming out of the carpet. It was so easy to use too. Super duper carpet cleaner
This is a brilliant piece of kit for cleaning carpets, if you use the deep clean function you’ll get through a couple of litres of cleaning chemical, but your carpets will look like new. Then simply use the rinse cycle to bring out the residual dirty water. Carpets will take up to 24 hrs to dry if you use the deep clean.
