Surprisingly Good
I’m surprised at the quality of this lens for a super zoom. It really does stand up well especially when aberrations and distortions are corrected in Lightroom or other similar programs. This lens provides a really good range in one package. Gives a good wide angle coupled with a very useful zoom range. It’s an ideal “go-to” lens for every day use. Gorgeousness
A beautiful lens, solid big and sturdy as you would expect for a canon, perfect medium telephoto capability, pretty much a must for any serious photographer. The 72mm lens is impressive and the large surface area catches all the beautiful light and colours. It's limited on too close shots, it's perfect for wedding photography and street photography. Excellent product really good for second hand, the package was very well wrapped keeping the lens safe and damage free. Nicht schlecht...
... als Reiseobjektiv. Habe mir das Objektiv als Alternative für Wanderungen zugelegt, um nicht einen ganzen Objektivpark mit mir rumzuschleppen. Jedoch sind an meiner EOS 750D die Kombination aus 18-55 IS STM und 55-250 IS STM noch ein ganzes Stück schärfer und auch nicht viel schwerer. Vorteil ist halt der nicht erforderliche Objektivwechsel. Nachteil gegenüber der Objektiv-Kombi ist ein kleinerer Zoombereich.
