Great to have in my pantry!

Easy to use

Good to the last bite

Even better than home made.
A friend gave us a box of these potatoes and we were hooked. Much better than frozen and much better than the hash browns in the refrigerator case. And of course, they're much more convenient than making them from scratch. These hash browns have wonderful flavor and brown nicely, perhaps due to the small size of the shreds.
