Fab Lens
Fab lens for the money. Standard lens with a Nikon Camera is 18-55 so this is the next lens up 55-300. Perfect for capturing moments slightly further away to a lot further away. Damaged when bought
The lens is damaged and though it can be used it’s appearance is poor as a large bump mark is showing near the lens thread area, the lens thread is damaged and if the lens hood is screwed on fully it just turns past and comes off, I have had to super glue it on, the alignment dots are about 20 degrees out, it works and the pictures are excellent and the appearance is not as important as my kit lens because I only use it as an accessoryBestätigter Kauf: JaArtikelzustand: Gebraucht

Sharp, lightweight and with decent range
This lens was on my list for a few years now, now that I finally have one, its a joy to use. Its a Highly rated (Nikon N Magazine) lightweight and sharp travel/work lens. No kit bag should be without one.

Does nearly everything
If you only want to carry one lens, then this one will cover nearly every situation. Larger and heavier than the kit 18-55mm, but with a far greater range. This lens is the one on my camera by default. Only slight niggle is that it can suffer from lens creep when pointing straight down. Nice every thing lens
Nice to travel light, from wide angle to telephoto in one lens. it takes sharp photos VR system stops camera shake. I would recommend.
