Came complete with applicator pad which looks/feels to be of good quality. Overall, the wax and applicator are in new condition. The wax arrived well packaged and looks good quality and in good condition. I think it is good value has when I applied it with the supplied applicator I noticed a only a light smear is applied to the wheel surface. The final appearance of the polished wheel was amazing and I was well impressed.
