Wicked Scary Disney Classic
I love watching old Disney classic movies and the ones I've never heard of and never seen before. I have never heard or watched the Watcher in the Woods. Until 2 years ago, I was in the mood to watch old Disney movies that I didn't grew up with. So I researched old Disney movies. I was surprised that Disney made this movie like a horror film for family to watch. When you watch The Watcher in the Woods you will feel the vibe and elements from horror films. It feel like you're watching a horror movie from the 70's and early 80's the ways camera was shot, the setting, creepy background music and the story line. It is so rare and very interesting for Disney to do something like that. Disney should do more horror/thriller movie like The Watcher in the Woods.

Scary and excellently acted
Who couldn't like a Betty Davis movie? The cast is excellent, the script is well written, and the story line is a surprise. This is not a movie for small children, but could be enjoyed by teens and their family. It makes for a pleasant and stimulating rainy Saturday afternoon.

Pretty good Halloween-type movie
I was a little concerned when I ordered this due to it being from the early 80s. BUT, it was just the right amount of scary/creepy that my 9 year old loved it. It was rated PG, although I would definitely be a little cautious with kids who scare easily due to the nature of the scariness. It was a good Halloween-type movie.

A classic Disney Film well worth watching!
I had always wanted to see this Disney Classic, but it isn't even available on Disney+, so I bought a DVD and am glad I did. The movie is well shot and holds up nicely for an '80s release. I watched it with my boys aged 6 and 8 and they enjoyed it as well. This movie is supposed to be the only horror movie Disney made, but it plays more as a thriller/suspense film with an "Escape from Witch Mountain" vibe. I recommend it!

The watcher in the woods..
The dvd was packaged well and also had a piece of bubble wrap inside the case to keep the disc from getting knocked around or broken. Thank you vary much and look forward to the duck man set i ordered ^_^

Watcher in the woods
Bette Davis is a part of the cast. Probably not one of her best films, but as a die hard fan of hers it's a must have. The story is good. Just remember the story is pointed at teens/young adult Disney fans.

Great Family Movie
We used to play this movie over and over when my girls were little. It is really a good movie for the family to enjoy.

The Watcher In The Woods
We absolutely loved this movie. Just enough scary stuff for a child aged 10 and lots of adventure. Last Bette Davis movie made before her passing. She was fantastic as always, love those eyes! Great storyline with a surprise ending. Worth watching!
