To expand the possibilities of the Mamiya 645 Series A 200mm f/2.8 APO, the Mamiya 645 Series 2X Extender N-2 doubles the effective focal length to 400mm f/5.6.Applications include photojournalism, sports, wildlife, landscape, fashion, portrait and beauty applications.Equivalent to 124mm in 35mm format.

very good for astrophography.
Very little coma in the corners of a full frame camera @f2.8. Only concern is to get a adapter that for your DSLR if not shooting with Mamiya that allows focus at infinity. Tried 2 makes for Nikon neither worked, needed to modify to get sharp focus.
