Great Product, looks nice, takes little space and friends are impressed!
For our use, it does everything we need it to do. We even did a few drop in's from other devices and it works great. This is the first version, a new version is better and you can find the differences online. The picture is great, it installed quickly and ran updates to the software afterwards. Shows me the camera on the driveway clearly. It is a little larger footprint than the newer one, but I don't have a new one for comparing and it sets on our kitchen counter at the bar and accesses information about cooking, television shows and answers questions quickly. Gives us daily reminders to take medication and doctor appointments. It receives announcements from other units in the house from time to eat, to I need help in the kitchen. lightweight with great features

The BEST yet~ Amazon Echo 1st Gen...a Must Have
This Amazon Echo Show 1st Gen is the best yet. I am seriously thinking of buying another one for the kitchen area. I have one on my nightstand and always use it for many purposes, especially and alarm clock. This Echo can be used for many features, especially when I have camera hooked up to it for security purposes. Second Purchase
This is my second purchase of this Alexa Model. I Love this thing. I bought my first one after the newer big screen came out. I couldn’t afford the new one since I wanted 3 of them one for each of my kids. Excellent picture and the sound is amazing and Loud if you prefer. From the reviews I’ve read I made the right decision my first purchase. I’ve had mine for about three years without any problems what so ever. That’s including the other 2 I purchased for my kids. The Echo Show is the way to go! It's the perfect device for my kitchen counter. No need for a laptop, tablet or desktop. Does everything you need. I've recommended the device to numerous people and told them to check eBay first before checking it out else where for purchase. This Device Is HEAVEN SENT!
I LOVE THIS DEVICE! May possibly be the best purchase I made this year. It's helped me get my life on track with it's ability to set alarms (to wake up to), reminder's (to do daily tasks) that I was slacking on, dates of appointments. I've also used it to be able to create playlist (to listen to while I work) without having to physically stop my iTunes playlist. The only bad thing I found was the choices on Amazon Music are VERY limited. And most of my songs were on Unlimited. It's also been able to read from my Kindle books. And one of the features I'm looking forward to is Mastermind when it debuts for Apple devices so it can relay my texts and respond back when I'm working and won't have to stop and look at the phone.
