It has the capacity to measure elapsed, split, and first or second place times to 1/100 of a second. The Casio G-Shock watch boasts a solar atomic timekeeping system, which allows the watch to remain charged for up to eight months. In ideal conditions, it could last 10 months. Use the power-saving mode to extend the life even further. Solar power is not only convenient but is also efficient. Only five minutes of outdoor sun exposure is required to fully charge the battery. Even fluorescent lighting will refuel it, taking eight hours to reach full capacity. With minimal light, your watch will remain accurate, granting you the freedom to do what you want.Wherever business or pleasure takes you around the globe, be sure you take your Casio G-Shock. Automatically receive official time through a built-in antenna via the contemporary Multi-Band 6 Atomic Timekeeping feature. The built-in radio-control system is compatible with all six transmission stations worldwide in North America, the United Kingdom, Germany, China, and two in Japan. This means your Casio G-Shock watch travels with you around the world, through every time zone, keeping you up to date without a problem.Three eyes are located at the top of the watch, and each eye has a unique function. The left eye shows the power level while the eye on the right counts seconds. Four one-time alarms and one snooze alarm are available on the G-Shock, and the middle eye specifies alarm status. Below the eyes is the digital time, displayed clearly. However, if you are out at night, you can use the backlight. A simple tilt of the wrist from a parallel position to one angled towards your face will activate it.Other features include a full auto-calendar, which is preprogrammed until the year 2099, and a measuring capacity of 24 hours that is accurate to within 15 seconds per month.

    Solid watch of good value

    Excellent watch, light weight, and durable. The automatic illumination is not working but I can use the button, not a deal breaker for the price. The auto sync, radio reception is being received every day in s. Cal. excellent value! Two things I would change: 1) while in stop watch or timer current time is not displayed. 2) have to scroll through all modes to return to time keeping mode while other Gs you can press bottom left button and hold,and from any mode will return to time.

    Awesome to the max watch.

    Great watch. Take the already great 6900 and add solar and atomic clock syncing. Looks great with any outfit, except for maybe anything with a suit jacket. Yeah, leave it at home on your wedding day. Otherwise, good to go everywhere else. Highly readable display, with a blue-ish green tint. I seem to acquire the radio sync updates every other day from Virginia.

    Perfect

    This is a fantastic G-Shock. Packed with Tough Solar and Multi Band 6 Atomic Timekeeping. Always accurate and the battery will last longer than the watch probably will! The best version on the 6900 family, comfortable and great looking. This is a perfect every day watch, it's not "in your face" due to the colour being black with grey writing. The solar panels on the watch face look awesome, a bit like Tron light cycles trails! Well recommended for any G-Shock fan or even if you're not. Perfect all round watch. You will not be disappointed if you choose this one. 👍

    Gw6900

    This G shock is probably my favorite. The size is just right, and it doesn't have a million features that I won't use. I have a few other g shocks that quite frankly look ridiculous on a middle aged dude. This one fits well, and is atomically set, so it is always accurate.

    Excellent watch!

    This is an awesome watch. The solar power function was new to me, but it’s pretty cool. This watch got a bunch of reviews for the best, strongest, and most reliable watch, so I gave it a shot. It’s a good size, has some great functions, and looks good. Comfortable to wear, too. I highly recommend this watch.
