    Garibaldi biscuits are delightful.

    The Crawford Garibaldi is a Very good biscuit, reminiscent of Sunshine (Keebler/Nabisco) Golden Raisin cookies (which were discontinued several years ago). I have casually searched for a substitute for the Sunshine cookie for years and am glad I found these. These have distinct raisins mixed into the biscuit where Sunshine had a raisin layer between the top/bottom layers of biscuit. These are also slightly less sweet, but really are quite good. They provide a nutritious afternoon snack.
