I was able to repair it with only minimal visible damage. I requested a partial refund because of the damage and the insufficient packing job. Seller insisted that they can only do a full refund and return, which is not what I wanted. (item is a bit rare.) I attempted to work things out with the seller to no avail. I really wanted to leave good feedback, but this is bad customer service.
