I immediately contacted the seller about this, and in less than 60s I was refunded! This seller was exceptional, and on top of that, they let me keep the item. I can’t express how great they were! A+++!

After making contact about this, I had immediate response and seller made a token gesture of a tiny refund to cover cleaning materials. Both the prompt reply and refund were very much appreciated. Also the seller provided excellent service by the super quick replies to my questions prior to the sale.
