it is in good condition. includes the instructions. it's good for milk frothing and hot chocolate. not as good as the more expensive velvitizers but great for the price . the hot chocolate works best with chocolate shavings . you can also use chocolate powder but to get it frothy you can just do a separate bit of milk in the fridge after and mix it in .
