    The truth about health and healing!

    Common sense instruction about many health ailments using natural approaches. Teachings that the pharmaceutical companies don't want you to know! Because if you turn away from their recommendations of their pharmaceutical drugs, they lose money! And for them, that is the bottom line, with no regard to your health! I used to be an RN but did not like what I saw going on in the medical arena; shutting dow the body's symptoms (it's messages to us telling us what is wrong) with harsh chemical drugs! With that being said, I do believe our emergency medical treatment is the best in the world! We just miss the boat when it comes to teaching preventative medicine and listening to the body when illness does arise. There are many good doctors out there just passing on what they have been ...

    Great purchase; wonderful book!

    Thrilled to find such a good copy of this book! And it came in time for Christmas which was great as I gave it as a gift. For the record no parent should be without this book; written by a retired doctor he gives you a good does of professional common-sense...so rare in today's medical world. Definitely a keeper!     The title says it all.

    Within the covers of this book, you learn other optional ways, to have a healthy child, in spite of what of the mainstream literature constantly tells us. In other words there are more ways to have a strong and healthy child, such as a nutrient-rich diet. By doing so the chances of your child being sick, decreases, along with his or her chances of dying from different viruses or bacteria. For parents and their children to be happy, you should always start with a simple, mostly raw food diet.

    A practical book

    My mother-in-law loaned me this book while I was pregnant. I found it so helpful especially my husband who gets very concerned for the kids when they get a slight temperature. I prefer treating naturally and avoiding drugs This book is full of practical advice from a licensed pediatrician who has learned from his own experience and mistakes. My husband is much more comfortable trying home remedies that are recommended by someone who was trained in the medical field!
