    I purchased this item because of the great value price. Product came as described in a sealed unopened original manufactures box. The seller is everything one expects and wants when the unexpected happens. The unexpected was the dvds had issues with some not playing and others playing but with sound issues. The seller was super fast to respond to my message and offer a replacement but ended up giving me an instant full refund. Therefore, this Ebay seller deserves my highest rating five stars.

    Early Frontier life, more or less

    Quality of most episodes are very good with the exception of one episode. It just would not play. A few if the other episodes "hung" for a second or so but did play well before and after those periods so there was no actual loss of continuity. Color episodes were much more pleasurable to watch than black and white. Biggest complain was the character of Israel Boone and his tendency to not follow advice. Too much spoiled boy and not enough young man.

    Old Time Favorites

    If you like old classics, then this is the purchase for you! Takes me back to when I was a kiddo and now I can watch Daniel Boone reruns when ever I want. The DVD's are clear without defects and it comes with an easy to carry DVD case. Great buy for the money.

    Daniel Boone is a wonderful series I grew up with when it was on TV

    I have not seen very many episodes and definitely not in order. I remember watching the series when on TV when I was able to watch the show. I did see a few episodes on a rerun channel years later. I loved Fess Parker and Mingo the Indian. Now I can see all the episodes in order. A complete series opens up stories that come from many episodes developing the characters and their relationships you miss in just a few episodes. It is wonderful Amazon allows the purchase of old shows and movies you cannot see unless you purchase them. I love I had a wish list and watched for the Black Friday sales. This was one of many series I found and bought through Amazon.

    We’ve only checked a few, but the discs are brand new and play as they should. Looking forward to going through the series over the next few months. The grandkids have become enamored with Daniel Boone lol.

    Great entertainment!

    Through the years good acting, great writing, and the ability to keep your interest at a high level, has been replaced with below par acting. Computer generated movies and TV shows look to use the wow factor, (loud music, sex, car crashes, chases and anything else they can generate cheaply to sell us) in lieu of talent. You will see some things that will make you smile, say to yourself...oh brother, and are not politically correct. I guarantee you will not be disappointed.
